The new VARITECTOR product line now includes a VSSC module with 6 connections. This new version of the product is equipped with an additional LED status indicator, direct PE connection to the mounting rail and an opening function to disconnect the protected signal circuits.
The terminal release lever provides quick and accurate disconnection of the control and measurement circuit to verify signal path. The test plug (PS 2.3 mm) allows you to quickly insert the measuring instrument into the provided test socket on the Torx® slotted head screws / head. It is possible to connect the screen to the additional lower level of the VSSC 6AN, which then connects directly to the protective earth potential of the PE rail. A simple implementation of continuous shielding with the EMC kit is possible. The SNAPMARK marker simply snaps onto the terminal, making it easy to read identification data, regardless of installation position. The VSSC 6AN has all the advantages of the VARITECTOR SSC product line: only 6.2 mm wide, quick connection of PE protective earth to the rail (with a capacity of up to 20 kA) , simple color coding, universal markers with a large surface and new screws with a slotted head / Torx head of the screen to an additional lower level VSSC 6AN, which is then connected directly to the protective earth potential of the PE mounting rail.
