Relay modules are applicable when using high current loads. In a large number of industrial tasks, voltages of 110 and 220 V are used to control actuators. If the current load exceeds 100 mA, such high voltages cause the formation of an arc discharge, which leads to wear of the relay contacts. However, this does not happen with D-SERIES relay modules: series connection of contacts, built-in arcing magnets and wear-resistant contacts prevent the formation of an arc discharge and provide a long service life.
Relay modules (each with a DC / AC coil) are available in the following versions: DRM 270 relays (2 CO changeover contacts) and DRM 570 relays (4 CO changeover contacts) have a compact design, high switching capacity and a wide voltage range reel. DRL power relays (1 CO or 2 CO, 3 CO or 4 CO) have high wear resistance at AC loads and high dielectric strength (2000 V). DRW power relays (2 CO or 3 CO) are suitable for switching high load voltages. DRH DC relays (1 NO or 1 NC and 2 NO or 1 NO / 1 NC) are used to switch high DC loads. DPR power relays (2 CO or 3 CO) are suitable as 8/11-pole relays with a switching capacity of 2500 VA.
Status Indicator
Convenience of operation is provided by the status indicator (alternating current – red, direct current – green) and the optional test button (alternating current – red, direct current – blue).
Contacts for any application
Various contact materials (AgNi, AgSnO, AgCdO) allow the D-Series products to be adapted for low, medium and high loads.
Longer Life
Serial connection of contacts and built-in extinguishing magnets reduce contact burning at loads up to 220 V DC. current / 10 A.
For any control voltage
A wide range of coil voltages from 5 VDC. current up to 380 VAC current allows you to use almost any control voltage.
