Depending on the version, the coil of the MCZ R TRAK relay module operates with voltages from 24 V to 110 V DC. The standard version of the relay is a changeover relay. It is possible to use it in 3 modes: switching, closing and opening circuits. Switching current – up to 6 A. Operating ambient temperature from -25 ° C to + 70 ° C, for 10 minutes it is allowed to work at temperatures up to + 80 ° C. This relay fully complies with the requirements of the European standard EN 50155, class T3.
For both relays with changeover switching, and for relays with normally open contact, there is an option with a gold-plated coating of the contact group. At the same time, any of the above options is equipped with a green LED indicator of operation. The dimensions of a conventional spring terminal (MCZ R TRAK module is only 6 mm wide) provide a high density of placement.
Also, when the input voltage fails, the MCZ R TRACK fulfills the requirements of category S2 of EN 50155 (guaranteed functionality for 10 ms), and is also resistant to vibrations in accordance with the requirements of category 1 of class B of EN 61373.
Relay modules function flawlessly when the control voltage changes over a wide range from -30% to + 25% of the nominal, and for 0.1 seconds they can work even with deviations of 40%.
