The positioning system consists of three separate elements that can be flexibly combined as needed: positioning of drives called SeGMo, decentralized SeGMo-Box control unit for flexible fieldbus integration and the corresponding hybrid cable solution, including connectors that are suitable for use with chains of resistance.
SeGMo drives are complete mechatronic systems with multi-turn absolute rotary encoder without gears, gearbox and motor, as well as built-in power and control electronics. We also offer them for offline use. At rated torques of up to 15 Nm, they cover the power range characteristic of secondary axles. Integrate drives directly into your control system with our function blocks.
In addition, you can automate up to 17 secondary axes using the decentralized SeGMo-Box. The unit manages the power management of mapped drives and concentrates interaction with the management system.
